WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ADVERTISING WITH ROYAL WELCOME?
PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING
A Royal Welcome Hostess will personally visit each newcomer, newlywed couple and new parent presenting your invitation individually and mentioning the following:
1. The name of your business.
2. The location of your business by landmark or address.
3. The types of goods and/or service your business provides.
4. What your offer is.
5. A possible use of your goods or services.
6. Any positive personal experience that they (the hostess) have had with your business.
YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR OWN OFFER
Your offer can be for:
1. A welcoming gift.
2. A free trial of your products or services.
3. A free consultation.
4. A cash amount towards a first purchase.
5. A "2 for 1"
CONFIDENTIAL
REPORTS
You will receive a list of the people that Royal Welcome has visited on your behalf.
You may use this information for a follow up telephone call, a mail out or letter.
WHAT IS THE COST?
There is a one time start up fee which covers the cost of the following:
1. The original design and printing of your invitation "coupons".
2. Your new account set up.
3. Your invitations distributed to each Royal Welcome Hostess.
Then there is a nominal fee for each visit.
THE CONTRACT
Our sponsors are with us because they love what we do for the community and for their businesses.
Some of our sponsors have been advertising with our service since the 80's.
After
your first six months, you may cancel your advertising with us at any
time with at least 30 days notice in writing.
