• produce a roof plan complete with all protrusions ,drains , roof details and problem areas
  
• Digital photos of problem areas
• Inspect all protrusions and make minor repairs
• Fill all gumpans to positive slope
• Clear all drains and scuppers
• Remove minor debris from roof
• Inspect roof flashings and make minor repairs
• Check for problems that are specific to your type of roof membrane or system ( i.e. EPDM check for seam and detail delaminations)
• Report on roof condition and expected lifespan
• List out repairs and maintenance requirements

A Roof Asset Management Program will result in improved roof management and the elimination of minor roof problems before they develop into major dilemmas. It will also keep you, the property owner, aware of any potential re-roofing needs, allowing time for proper financial planning.
